Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. The short version: the contact form is the only thing here that collects anything, and we do not track you.

Who we are
Softphoton Web Haus ("Softphoton", "we", "us") builds websites, applications and search campaigns for clients worldwide.
For anything in this policy, write to infos@softphoton.com or call +91-9914101532.
What we collect
We collect personal information in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one
- The service you selected and any budget range you chose
- Whatever you write in the project brief
We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything more sensitive than that.
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. It makes no requests to third-party servers while you browse — the fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so your visit is not reported to anyone.
If you never submit the contact form, we hold no personal information about you at all.
Why we process it
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. That is it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Under the UK and EU GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business expecting a response, and replying is what you asked for. Where consent is the better fit, submitting the form is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete the enquiry.
Who else sees it
Three parties are involved in getting your message to us:
- FormSubmit, which receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox as email. It acts as a processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.
- Our email provider, which stores the resulting message in our mailbox.
- Our website host, which serves the pages to you and keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and diagnostics.
Nobody else receives your enquiry. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or partners.
Where it goes
We work with clients in the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, India and elsewhere, and the services above operate internationally. Your information may therefore be processed outside your own country, including outside the UK and EEA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful — typically while a project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to receive your data in a portable form.
Email infos@softphoton.com and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
If you are in the UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the contact form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the attack surface small: there is no database here, no user accounts and no stored submissions — your enquiry lives in an inbox, not on this server.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that changes how data is handled — analytics, a cookie banner, a different form provider — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
Anything unclear? Email infos@softphoton.com and a person will answer.
